We may update, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion without prior notice.
3. Project Requirements & Client Cooperation
To begin a project, clients must provide all necessary information, references, brand assets, and instructions in a timely manner. Delays in providing information may extend project timelines.
Zevonno is not responsible for:
Incomplete instructions
Missing content
Delays caused by lack of client communication
All project timelines shared are estimates unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are to be made upfront or as per the agreed milestone structure.
Refunds:
Because most services are digital, creative, and labor-intensive, we do not offer refunds on completed or in-progress work unless the issue is caused solely by our error.
For specific service categories, a partial refund may be considered only if no work has begun.
Chargebacks without attempting resolution with Zevonno will be considered a breach of these Terms.
5. Revisions & Approvals
Each service includes a specified number of revisions as stated at the time of purchase. Any revisions exceeding that limit may incur additional charges.
Approval of final files marks the end of the project. After approval, any further changes will be treated as new work.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Once full payment has been received:
Final designs and deliverables are granted to the client for personal or commercial use (as defined in the project agreement).
Zevonno retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
We do not transfer ownership of:
Source files
Work-in-progress drafts
Proprietary tools or templates
Unless purchased separately or agreed otherwise.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse our services or website, including but not limited to:
Reproducing or reselling our services without permission
Uploading harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content without ownership
Attempting to interfere with our website’s security, servers, or functionality
Violation of these rules may result in termination of service.
8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Our website may use third-party tools for analytics, payments, hosting, or communication. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these external providers. Please review their individual terms when interacting with them.
9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if:
A client violates these Terms
Payments are not completed
A client engages in abusive behavior or misuse of services
Upon termination, any completed work up to that point must still be paid.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website and services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
